Spring Time

Spring was a lot of fun this year. While Rusty was home for spring break we went to a playground just up Provo Canyon. Lily and Claire both wore their zebra jackets.

Lily turned 5 months on April 17th.

Rusty built Lily and Claire this neat fort. Claire loves building "tents" out of chairs and blankets.

My birthday was April 28th. My family got together a few days after that. They made me a delicious Butterfinger cake.

Usually Claire and Lily get along really well. Claire went through a little stage where she loved to lie on Lily and play with her. They both loved it.

We got these shoes in a hand-me-down bag from our neighbors. They are too big for Claire, but for a couple days after we got the bag she wanted to wear these shoes everywhere.

Lily discovered she loves to play with her toes as soon as she lies down.

On May 5th Lily had her first experience eating baby food. It took a long time to feed her, but now she's quite fast.

Claire really liked that they both had elephant pajamas.

On May 17th Lily turned 6 months. She went to the doctor, and here are here stats:
Weight: 13 lbs. 9.5 oz. (8.6 percentile)
Head: 16.25 in. (25 percentile)
Length: 25 in. (16.5 percentile)

Lily really likes to put her hands together like this a lot. I think it's cute.

Claire has a new love for musicals. Her favorite is the Music Man. She is a bit obsessed with it. She's actually really good at learning and remembering songs from musicals. We've been watching a lot lately, which I enjoy.
