Farewell to Logan

This past weekend we said goodbye to dear Logan. This is the only place we've ever lived while we're been married. It's exciting that it's finally time for us to move on, but it's still sad to leave. Out last week there we tried to do some fun things before it was time to move. Two weekend ago it was beautiful weather. We went up Logan Canyon and hiked the Wind Caves one last time.

We had some free bowling gift certificates. We thought we better use them before it's too late. We are pretty awesome bowlers.

Rusty graduated from college this semester!!! I've been feeling really bad lately because Rusty won't get to walk at graduation. He finished student teaching last Friday, and he had no finals this week, so that's why we moved last weekend. We didn't want to stay for part of May and have to pay rent. My cousin is getting married this Saturday (same day as commencement) and Rusty said he doesn't care about driving back up to Logan for graduation. I still feel very bad. I decided that he should still get some pictures on campus before we left. Rusty wasn't the happiest about me making him do this, but he was a good sport for a few pictures. I had a good time though :)

 And my personal favorite...

Friday afternoon my dad, Kristen, Cara, and Chris were very generous and came all the way up to Logan with Chris's family's large trailer. We were able to fit everything in, and nothing fell out on the drive down! We were quite pleased. Here's the proud moving crew.
Now my parents' house is a bit of a disaster for the time being. I'm trying to organize all of our boxes of things. We don't know where Rusty will end up getting a job this fall, and my parents were nice enough to offer to let us live in their basement for the summer. We figure we might as well because we don't actually have to be in Logan this summer, and now we can save up some money and actually enjoy being close to our families since it seems like summers are a busy time for partying. It should be a wonderful time!
