Mary, Martha, and Dog Lakes

Yesterday my dad, Cara, Kristen, and I went on a hike up Big Cottonwood Canyon. The unfortunate part was there was a big bike race going on yesterday. They started just before we started to drive up the canyon so we got to enjoy the view and take our time. We passed so many bikers on our drive. By the time we got to the top and were by the trail head the bikers were almost to the finish line. We decided to stay and watch them finish. It was pretty exciting.

 You can barely see Micky Mouse on the mountain behind us.

 When we got to Lake Mary and were enoying our granola bars, the critters started to get real close to us. They enjoyed our granola bars too.

 

 

 

 

 Kristen liked the pretty flowers.

 

Cara was clever and set up the time so we could all be in a picture together. 

 

 Then we went over to Lake Martha.

 

 Here we are at Dog Lake. My dad wanted to take a picture of the 3 of us because there is one of us when we are little.
